DE MA PRESENCE A LA CEREMONIE DES VOEUX
J'ai eu l'insigne honneur de recevoir le 5 janvier 2023 du Président de la République, Chef de l'Etat, l'invitation à la traditionnelle cérémonie de présentation des vœux de nouvel an.
Y faisant suite, je lui ai adressé une correspondance dans laquelle je lui dis ma gratitude pour l'honneur de l'invitation qu'il m'a fait, lui formule mes vœux de santé, de faveurs et de bonheur, et lui partage mon regret de ne pouvoir y prendre part.
En effet, je trouve indécent de me retrouver confondu en ce haut lieu de la République, avec des prévaricateurs de la fortune publique qu'il promet pourtant depuis plusieurs années de sanctionner.
Mettre ensemble dans la même scène, les valeurs d'espoir que j'incarne et l'image de prévarication de la fortune publique que ces bandits à cols blancs renvoient, est une inconséquence politique qui peut jeter le doute et la confusion dans l'esprit de ceux de nos concitoyens qui espèrent un Cameroun meilleur.

CONCERNING MY PRESENCE IN THE CEREMONY OF NEW YEAR WISHES
On 5 January 2023, I had the great honour of receiving an invitation from the President of the Republic, Head of State, to the traditional New Year's greetings ceremony.
Following this, I sent him a letter in which I expressed my gratitude for the honour of his invitation, wished him good health, favour and happiness, and shared my regret at not being able to attend.
Indeed, I find it indecent to find myself confused in this high place of the Republic, with the prevaricators of the public fortune that he has promised for several years to sanction.
To put together in the same scene, the values of hope that I embody and the image of prevarication of public wealth that these white-collar criminals reflect, is a political inconsistency that can cast doubt and confusion in the minds of those of our fellow citizens who hope for a better Cameroon.
